Job Description Job Description Let’s keep this simple! We are a small family (father and son) plumbing shop. Our purpose is to serve God and serve others. What does this mean? It means work hard, maintain true integrity, be kind and consider others more than ourselves. We pay well. We have excellent benefits (option for 100% company paid medical for the employee) including medical, dental, chiro, vision, PERSONAL-USE ACCESS TO COMPANY MEMBERSHIP AT FREEDOM BOAT CLUB (deep-sea-fishing, wakeboard, pontoon, etc. at Mission Bay and San Diego Bay). We don’t require anyone to work nights or weekends. We don’t require anyone to be on-call. (The only exception is if something you did broke or leaks, and it can’t wait till morning, you go fix it).
