At Rokt, we practice transparency in career paths and compensation, which is why we have a well-defined career ladder with clear compensation and career paths based on competency and ability.Target total compensation ranges from: $214,000 - $228,000, including a fixed annual salary of $170,000 - $188,000, an employee equity plan grant, and world-class benefits. This is the expected range for the role. Final compensation is determined by the level assessed through the interview process and based on how your experience and skills map to our career ladder.Equity grants are issued in good faith, subject to company policies, board approval, and individual eligibility.About the role:As the Revenue and Billing Operations Lead based in our New York office, you will pioneer and lead Rokt's Billing Assurance and Support function. You will report to our VP of Finance and Transformation to oversee all mission-critical operational processes, driving best-in-class, friction-free workflows for our customers and employees in a fast-paced, AI-first environment. In addition, you will serve as a strategic thought leader across the organization, championing automated and scalable solutions to support our rapid growth and public company readiness.In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in GTM, RPD, Legal, and Accounting to optimize revenue streams at scale. You will leverage your deep knowledge of financial systems, automation, and cutting-edge AI technologies to transform customer support and billing operations. Additionally, you will build and empower high-performing teams, establishing clear priorities and key performance indicators (KPIs) to align operations with broader business goals.We are an AI-first company. We use AI and automation tools to move faster, and expect you to figure things out when the path isn't obvious. If you prefer established processes and clearly defined lanes, you probably won't like it here.How your future team uses AI:To reconcile invoice data, surface anomalies, and draft the first pass at dispute documentation. The team builds these tools in-house and treats every recurring manual step as an automation to be built.How you will contribute:Build and lead an AI-First, high-performing team, focusing on attracting, developing, and retaining top talent to scale with Rokt's growthPartner closely with GTM, RPD, Legal and Accounting to drive frictionless processes to support our Customers and drive Revenue growth and Cash efficiencyOwn and maintain effective SOX controls across all areas of responsibilityAct as the primary liaison to external auditors for transactional audit evidence for billingMaintain clear, up?to?date documentation of processes for internal purposes and clear Support Handbooks that define how the business engages with our teams
