FinTech Compliance Lead

Seeking a proficient FinTech Compliance Lead, Network Growth, this full-time remote position will manage compliance risks associated with merchant and platform partners, review financial services marketing materials for regulatory compliance, and collaborate cross-functionally to address compliance issues while supporting the development of training materials. Key responsibilities Collaborate with the Merchant Risk team to identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks Review and approve marketing materials to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards Support compliance risk assessments and document relevant information and results Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; compliance certifications are a plus 5+ years of experience in a compliance advisory role Strong knowledge of consumer financial laws and regulations, including UDAAP, CAN-SPAM, and others Experience in fast-paced environments and advising revenue-generating stakeholders Proactive problem identification and creative solution proposal skills
