Healthcare Assistant Project Manager

We are seeking a Healthcare Assistant Project Manager for our PM/CM team in Palm Beach County. The candidate needs a strong history of recent healthcare experience representing owners on capital programs, facility upgrades, renovations for pharmaceutical, laboratory or healthcare facilities. Responsibilities Assist the Project Manager in leading the project team, setting goals, and developing policies and procedures to guide project/program success. Carry out duties assigned by the Project Manager to achieve successful project/program completion. Lead cross‑functional healthcare projects and initiatives with demanding resource requirements, risk, and complexity. Monitor design and construction activities to ensure compliance with contractual agreements and quality standards. Develop, monitor, and maintain project budgets, cash‑flow analyses, and cost estimates; review purchase orders, change orders, and invoices. Forecast and address potential liabilities and risks. Develop and maintain project schedules; ensure that project objectives are met. Maintain relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors; manage conflict resolution. Communicate complex ideas, anticipate concerns, and persuade others, including executive leadership, to facilitate project success. Assist in the evaluation, development, and selection of standards, protocols, policies, and procedures to facilitate project success. Provide guidance, direction, and instruction to less experienced team members and colleagues. Required Skills Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management. Demonstrated history of managing a minimum of $10million pharmaceutical, laboratory, or healthcare construction projects. Experience, knowledge, and track record in project management techniques, concepts, principles, and standards. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels. Knowledge and ability to creatively resolve issues as they arise. Knowledge and ability to supervise people, including recruitment, training, performance management, and development. High proficiency with Microsoft applications, including MS Project and SharePoint. Demonstrated experience with project management software and applications. Ability to forecast project challenges and define solutions, maintaining compliance with safety protocols, quality, schedule, and budget.
