Your mission Build a repeatable creative operating system that increases the number and quality of useful tests while improving campaign performance. Primary KPI: improve creative testing velocity and the business result tied to the approved campaign goal. Results can include lower acquisition cost, higher qualified conversion, stronger revenue efficiency, or faster production without a loss of quality. What You Will Own Turn audience, offer, competitor, and performance research into testable creative angles. Write clear briefs for video, static, motion, landing-page, and creator-led assets. Direct production partners and give specific feedback on hooks, scripts, structure, visuals, and calls to action. Build AI-assisted research, ideation, versioning, and analysis workflows with human review. Maintain a testing backlog and define the hypothesis, variable, success metric, and next action for each test. Review results with media and growth partners, then turn findings into the next creative cycle. Protect brand accuracy, factual quality, and platform-native craft. What Success Looks Like In 30 days, you have audited the current creative system, established a baseline, and shipped the first structured test set. By 60 days, you run a reliable brief-to-launch cadence and can explain which messages, formats, and treatments are working. By 90 days, the team has a documented learning loop, stronger creative throughput, and measurable improvement against the approved campaign KPI. Evidence we need to see Two recent examples across at least two creative formats, with your exact contribution. One campaign result with the metric, baseline, time period, and attribution method. Evidence that you can turn one brief into meaningfully different concepts, not minor variations. A concrete AI workflow: trigger, inputs, tools, steps, output, QA, time saved, and what remains human. Current judgment about paid social hooks, formats, fatigue, testing, and iteration. This role is not A prompt-only or asset-production-only seat. A role that reports impressions without business context. A role for generic briefs, stale platform knowledge, or unverified AI output. A role that waits for a complete strategy before taking ownership. How The Process Works Application and evidence review. A focused screen against the role outcomes.
