Job Description Design graphics for digital and print materials, including social media, web, facility and event signage. Maintain brand consistency across all creative projects. Ensure all design elements are accurate, proofread and adhere to design and printer specifications. Assist with photography, editing and shooting on game day and internal events. Organize, label and manage assets on department shared drive. Assist with department administration functions as necessary. Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Please note: Visa sponsorship is not provided for this position. Requirements Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro). Strong understanding of visual composition, aesthetics, layout, typography and branding. Familiarity with different design formats for digital platforms such as X, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc. Passion for collegiate athletics and a creative mindset. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while working effectively in a fast-paced environment. Highly detail-oriented, self-motivated communicator who follows direction and functions well in a dynamic environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with current social media trends.
