Job Description

Job Title: Senior Residential HVAC Service Technician
Pay: $33 to $44 per hour (based on licenses and experience)

The Role Join an innovative, employee focused mechanical systems contractor. We are seeking a self-motivated technician who takes pride in mastering complex systems and delivering honest, reliable service to our customers.

What You Will Do

Diagnose and repair complex residential HVAC systems.
Run standard maintenance solo within weeks and take on full service calls independently after a 30 day onboarding.
Manage personal job stock and complete daily billing paperwork.
Work with diverse manufacturers and modern smart thermostats.

What We Need

5+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
A team player who is highly coachable and great with customers.
Applicable industry licenses.
