Job Title: Senior HVAC Service Tech (Residential) Pay: $33 to $44 per hour

Key Responsibilities

Step into a senior role troubleshooting advanced residential HVAC equipment.

Transition to fully independent service calls after 30 days of training.

Handle the administrative side seamlessly, including ordering job stock and managing billing.

Build trust based relationships with homeowners through clear, respectful communication.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands on residential HVAC service experience.

Strong interpersonal skills and a team first attitude.

Familiarity with a wide variety of equipment and thermostats.
