Our Front Office Coordinator needs to be friendly, organized, reliable and have a great personality. As the first team member our patients see, you are an important role in shaping their experience with us. Ideal candidate is outgoing, pays attention to small details, able to multi-task while assisting patients and making sure they contribute to helping the office run smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check patients in with a friendly smile
• Answer phones, schedule appointments
• Verify insurance
• Handle patient concerns with empathy, patience and professionalism
• Support team with ensuring smooth patient and schedule flow

Qualifications:

• Previous Dental experience
• Eaglesoft software (a plus)
• Strong communication skills
• Positive, upbeat and team-oriented personality
• Highly organized with attention to small details
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and demeanor
