ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2019 and currently lead a growing team of two. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a team member and was also a bartender, experiences that helped me develop strong communication skills and a passion for building relationships. I attended the University of Chicago and enjoy traveling whenever I have the chance.

Community involvement is an important part of our agency. We stay active through local events and proudly support the Germantown Chamber of Commerce, building relationships with the people and businesses in our community.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Adam Chamorro - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
