Customer Service Agent

We're looking for a Customer Service Agent who brings that same energy to every phone call, email, and chat. If you love solving problems, connecting with people, and being the friendly voice that makes a customer's day better, we want to talk to you. What You'll Do Be the go-to person for our customers across phone, email, and live chat: fast, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Build real relationships that keep customers coming back. Dig into each customer's situation and find the right solution, not just a quick fix. Keep communication open, clear, and warm from the first message to the last. Share accurate product and order info using our internal tools. Log every interaction and resolution so the whole team stays in the loop. Team up with other departments to get customers what they need. Follow our playbook while bringing your own personality to the job. Help build a team culture where everyone supports each other. What You Bring A genuine passion for helping people and delivering great service. Communication skills that shine in writing and on a call. Sharp listening and problem-solving instincts. A calm, positive attitude, even when things get busy. Sharp organizational skills and an eye for detail. Comfort juggling multiple systems and tools without missing a beat. Flexibility and a team-first mindset. Bonus Points For Experience in customer service or a call center. Hands-on knowledge of CRM platforms and support tools. A genuine interest in automotive or aftermarket products. The Day-to-Day This is a standard in-office setup with a computer, a headset, and a phone as your main tools. You'll be sitting or standing for extended periods, and occasionally lifting light office materials or product samples (up to 15 lbs).
