Human Resources Coordinator

Aquabiliti is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support day-to-day HR operations at its Emigsville, PA location. The role covers recruiting and onboarding, payroll and benefits administration, employee records, training coordination, and compliance support, with close collaboration across management and employees. Key Responsibilities Coordinate recruiting and talent acquisition activities, including sourcing candidates through online job boards, outside programs, and staffing agencies Conduct and coordinate interviews and assist management with candidate selection Manage the onboarding process, including new hire paperwork, orientation, training coordination, and employee setup Process payroll through systems such as QuickBooks and ADP , ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing Administer employee benefits, including enrollment, changes, and ongoing employee support Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation Support performance evaluations and employee performance management processes Assist with employee relations by addressing employee questions, concerns, and workplace issues Coordinate employee training and development programs and maintain training records Support compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations, including OSHA , FMLA , workers’ compensation, and other HR requirements Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information Work with management to develop and improve HR policies, procedures, and processes Maintain HR information within ERP and QMS systems as needed Assist with general HR projects and administrative responsibilities as the company continues to grow Required Qualifications Previous experience in human resources or a related administrative role Working knowledge of employment practices, labor laws, and HR compliance requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Comfortable conducting interviews and working directly with employees and management Proficiency with Microsoft Office , particularly Word and Excel Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment Preferred Experience Experience with payroll processing, benefits administration, and workers’ compensation Experience with payroll, ERP, or QMS systems Technologies QuickBooks, ADP ERP, QMS Microsoft Office, Word, Excel Compensation $40,000.00–$52,000.00 per year Benefits Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Paid time off Work Location and Schedule Type In person at Emigsville, PA Role Focus This is a hands-on Human Resources Coordinator position with the opportunity to help build efficient HR processes as the organization grows.
