Rushing Roofing & Contracting is looking for experienced Door-to-Door Appointment Setters who know how to engage homeowners, overcome objections, and schedule qualified roof inspection appointments.

If you're motivated, confident, and enjoy talking with people, this is an opportunity to earn excellent pay while helping homeowners after storms.

Compensation

$100 for every Qualified Inspection Appointment

What You'll Do

• Canvass residential neighborhoods impacted by recent storms.
• Engage homeowners in professional, friendly conversations.
• Educate homeowners about potential roof damage and our free roof inspection.
• Schedule qualified inspection appointments for our Project Managers.
• Record appointments and homeowner information accurately.
• Represent the Rushing Roofing brand with professionalism and integrity.
• Meet daily and weekly appointment goals.

What We're Looking For

✔ Previous door-to-door sales or appointment-setting experience is required.

✔ Strong communication and people skills.

✔ Confident handling objections and rejection.

✔ Self-motivated with a competitive mindset.

✔ Reliable transportation.

✔ Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
