Responsibilities:

• Provide non-medical care and assistance to clients in their homes, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication reminders
• Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
• Encourage and support clients in maintaining their independence and daily living skills
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families
• Work in collaboration with the care team to ensure seamless care and services
• Communicate effectively and maintain accurate records of client care and services
• Demonstrate empathy, patience, and understanding when interacting with clients and their families
