Job Description

First Choice Homecare Agency is seeking a reliable and compassionate caregiver to assist a female client in the Chamblee area.

Schedule

  • Monday: 4:00 PM 9:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 11:00 AM 4:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 4:00 PM 9:00 PM
  • Thursday: 11:00 AM 4:00 PM
  • Friday: 4:00 PM 9:00 PM
  • Saturday: 12:00 PM 5:00 PM
Client Needs

  • Assistance with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming)
  • Help with transfers and mobility (client uses a rollator)
  • Meal preparation (renal/low sodium diet)
  • Light housekeeping
  • Medication reminders
  • Escort to appointments as needed
Requirements

  • Caregiving experience preferred (PCA/CNA a plus)
  • Must be reliable and consistent
  • Ability to assist with transfers and mobility support
  • Must have reliable transportation
