First Choice Homecare Agency is seeking a reliable and compassionate caregiver to assist a female client in the Chamblee area.
Schedule- Monday: 4:00 PM 9:00 PM
- Tuesday: 11:00 AM 4:00 PM
- Wednesday: 4:00 PM 9:00 PM
- Thursday: 11:00 AM 4:00 PM
- Friday: 4:00 PM 9:00 PM
- Saturday: 12:00 PM 5:00 PM
- Assistance with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Help with transfers and mobility (client uses a rollator)
- Meal preparation (renal/low sodium diet)
- Light housekeeping
- Medication reminders
- Escort to appointments as needed
- Caregiving experience preferred (PCA/CNA a plus)
- Must be reliable and consistent
- Ability to assist with transfers and mobility support
- Must have reliable transportation
