This role offers significant exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to influence growth, profitability, and long-term business strategy in a highly collaborative, onsite environment.ResponsibilitiesPartner with business leaders to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and support strategic initiatives.Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support key business decisions.Analyze revenue, margins, operating expenses, and profitability trends to provide actionable recommendations.Support pricing, product portfolio, investment, and resource allocation decisions through data-driven financial analysis.Prepare and deliver executive-level reporting, presentations, and business insights.Build and maintain financial dashboards, KPI reporting, and management reporting tools.Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Product teams to improve business performance.Identify financial risks and opportunities while helping leadership navigate changing business conditions.Drive reporting enhancements, process improvements, and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and decision-making.Support capital planning, productivity initiatives, and business case development.Champion a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and operational excellence.Mentor and develop finance team members while fostering strong cross-functional relationships.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field required.MBA, CPA, CMA, or other advanced certification preferred.10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, finance, business planning, or related financial leadership roles.Strong experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and performance management activities.Proven ability to partner with senior leadership and influence decision-making.Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities.Experience developing executive presentations, dashboards, and management reporting.Strong business acumen with the ability to connect financial results to operational drivers.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Experience within manufacturing, industrial, technology, or other complex operating environments preferred.Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives.Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills required.Experience with ERP systems, business intelligence tools, and planning software preferred.Familiarity with Power BI, SAP, and financial reporting systems is a plus. xhyhwjd We are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to creating an inclusive workplace for all employees.
