As a Mortgage Loan Officer within PNC's Mortgage organization, you will be based in the Seattle, WA market. Ideal candidates will have a proven history of production in the market. Job Description Recommends loan solutions in accordance with lending guidelines and clients’ requirements. Manages a portfolio of customer relationships, seeks prospective opportunities to retain and/or develop new clients, and is responsible for sales calls. Develops and prepares loan solutions, refers products and services, reviews documentation to ensure compliance, and manages the customer pipeline for efficiency. Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions. Collects and analyzes customer financial information for multifaceted and/or complex borrowers. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered. Pay Transparency Base Salary: $49,500.00 – $82,500.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with payment based upon company, business, and/or individual performance. Benefits PNC offers a comprehensive range of benefits.
