As a Security Officer Access Screening Driver in Memphis, TN , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer at a dynamic food and beverage location, where you will monitor entry points, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license. Bring strong customer service and communication skills while supporting a caring, agile team that values reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by following site-specific procedures, monitoring entry and exit points, verifying credentials, and supporting access control activities at a food and beverage location.
• Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related issues according to site protocols.
• Monitor employee, visitor, and delivery access, maintain required logs and documentation, and help to deter unauthorized entry to restricted areas.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, observing for unusual activity, facility concerns, and security-related conditions that may need attention.
• Support emergency response activities when appropriate, communicate with site contacts and/or first responders, and follow post orders for alarms, evacuations, and other urgent events.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
