Production Worker

Production Associate – Metal Fabrication

Shifts: 1st & 2nd Shift Available

We are hiring Production Associates to support a busy metal fabrication shop producing roofing, siding, and trim for large buildings. This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates interested in manufacturing, with training available for entry-level individuals.

• Load and unload sheet metal and raw materials
• Operate trim and fabrication machines
• Measure and verify materials using a tape measure
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards
• Package, band, and prepare materials for shipment
• Assist with general production, assembly, and loading tasks
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace

• Manufacturing, construction, or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math
• Comfortable working with sheet metal and hand tools
• Ability to lift 50–60 lbs regularly
• Strong attention to detail and safety

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays
• Non-climate-controlled, fast-paced fabrication shop

• Entry-level training provided

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Clinton, IL.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Clinton,IL.
