Customer Service Representative

Classic Optical is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as the frontline point of contact for optical providers. The representative will assist providers with inquiries, orders, and existing prescriptions while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Respond to provider inquiries through phone, email, and fax. Provide professional and timely customer service to optical offices and providers. Enter vision prescription orders accurately into the appropriate systems. Investigate and resolve issues related to existing orders. Navigate multiple websites and computer applications efficiently. Listen actively to provider concerns and identify appropriate solutions. Handle provider frustrations with empathy and professionalism. Manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and productivity. Communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams and external providers. Follow established procedures and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 4+ years of customer service experience. Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple websites and systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong time-management and organizational skills. Effective problem-solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Microsoft Office products. Previous experience in a call center, customer service, optical, healthcare, or similar environment. Ability to demonstrate empathy when handling frustrated customers or providers.
