Pecheles Automotive Group is seeking a Recruiter to lead talent acquisition across six rooftops in Eastern North Carolina, spanning Hyundai, Volkswagen, Toyota, Audi, Honda, and Ford. You will own full-cycle recruiting for sales, service, and management roles and build proactive pipelines for every brand. You will partner with GMs and the HR Director to shape staffing, culture, and growth, and you will help the group attract top talent at local markets and job fairs. #J-18808-Ljbffr Pecheles Ford
