Corporate Attorney

Now Hiring: Corporate Attorney (5–10 Years Experience)

A Florida-based legal team is seeking an experienced Corporate Attorney to join its growing practice.

• Florida (Hybrid flexibility; primarily in-office early on, no set remote schedule)

• Salary: starting around $160,000–$180,000+, depending on experience

• Partner-track level role with potential for non-equity shareholder advancement

This role involves providing broad corporate counsel across governance, compliance, contracts, employment matters, and complex transactional work, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and venture capital transactions.

The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of corporate or transactional experience, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and experience serving as first or second chair on deals. A developed book of business is strongly preferred.

This position also includes mentoring junior attorneys, supporting business development efforts, and working closely with clients on sophisticated corporate matters in a fast-moving environment.

Qualified candidates should have a strong academic background, Florida Bar membership in good standing, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
