Job Description Mr. Pickles Sandwich Shop is seeking a motivated and organized Shift Lead to join our team. As a Shift Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and training team members, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards of quality. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment, as well as handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
