Street Outreach Leader - Housing-First Focus

Housing Forward

Housing Forward seeks a Street Outreach Program Manager in Maywood, Illinois to provide leadership and oversight for a mobile outreach team serving the homeless. You will supervise specialists, manage outreach schedules, and ensure effective service delivery while promoting a trauma-informed approach. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities, supervisory experience, and a commitment to supporting unsheltered individuals.
