Our Education Department at Horizon Home Care and Hospice, located in Milwaukee, WI, is looking for a part‑time Education Specialist. Computer Savvy Superstar —this vital position will provide top‑notch administrative and project management support to the Director of Intake/Education, Educators, and Horizon field staff. Responsibilities Track and analyze in‑service and competency data. Create documents for departmental use. Schedule education programs and handle program set‑up (e.g., A/V equipment, conference rooms). Take the lead on implementing our agency's new online learning system. Represent the department professionally and interact with all levels of the organization. Qualifications Requires one year of vocation school; relevant Associate degree preferred. 2–3 years of office experience, preferably in healthcare. Previous experience with electronic medical records preferred. Strong work ethic, strong technical computer knowledge, and ability to multitask. Exceptional communication skills.
