Responsibilities: As a Corporate Assurance Analyst, your responsibilities will include: 1. Conducting comprehensive risk assessments and audits to identify potential issues and areas for improvement. 2. Collaborating with various departments to ensure intercompany transactions are handled accurately and efficiently. 3. Developing and implementing effective strategies for managing risks and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. 4. Preparing detailed reports on audit findings and proposing recommendations for improving our internal controls and procedures. 5. Participating in the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures to enhance our company's overall assurance framework. 6. Providing advice and guidance to management on risk management and compliance matters. 7. Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in corporate governance, risk management, and assurance practices. Qualifications: To be considered for the Permanent Corporate Assurance Analyst position, you must possess the following qualifications: 1. A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certification (such as CPA, CFA, CIA, or CISA) will be an added advantage. 2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in risk assessment, compliance, auditing, or a related field, preferably in a corporate setting. 3. Proven experience in intercompany operations, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. 4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and identify potential risks. 5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization. 6. Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. 7. A high level of integrity and professionalism, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. 8. A proactive approach to work, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. 9. A strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
