Position: ServiceNow HRSD Lead
Client: Infosys / Northern Trust
Location: 333 South Wabash Avenue, Chicago, IL 60604 (Day 1 Onsite)
Duration: Long-Term Contract
Interview: WebEx
Hire Required Skills:
- 7+ years of ServiceNow experience with HRSD specialization
- Hands-on implementation experience with HR Case Management
- Expertise in Employee Center (ESC) and HR Knowledge Management
- Experience configuring Lifecycle Events and Employee Workflows
- Strong knowledge of IntegrationHub and HR system integrations (Workday/SAP SuccessFactors)
- Experience with JavaScript, Flow Designer, UI Builder, and Service Portal
- ServiceNow CSA and CIS-HRSD Certifications
- Strong client-facing communication and leadership skills
