Job Title: ServiceNow Architect AI/GenAI

Location: United States Remote
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect with strong hands-on experience in AI/Generative AI to lead enterprise ServiceNow architecture, integrations, and AI-driven solutions.
Required Skills:

12+ years of overall IT experience.

5+ years of ServiceNow Architecture experience.

3+ years of hands-on AI/Generative AI implementation experience.

Strong experience with ServiceNow Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, and Virtual Agent .

Expertise in ServiceNow Architecture, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST APIs, and enterprise integrations .

Experience with ITSM, ITOM, CSM, or HRSD .

Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting skills.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

ServiceNow CSA, CIS, or CTA certification.

Experience integrating ServiceNow with AI/LLM platforms .

Experience leading large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
