We are looking for a detail-oriented Receptionist to join a growing insurance organization in St. Rose, Louisiana. This contract-to-permanent opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting daily office operations, creating a welcoming environment for visitors, and handling administrative tasks with accuracy. The person in this role will contribute to smooth communication across the office while assisting with a variety of clerical and support activities.

Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests and ensure they are directed promptly to the appropriate team members or departments.
• Manage incoming communications, including coordinating with mortgage companies and responding to routine administrative inquiries.
• Prepare, organize, and process office documents while maintaining accurate records and paperwork.
• Perform general clerical support such as typing, filing, scanning, and distributing documents as needed.
• Assist staff with day-to-day administrative needs and provide support on a range of office projects.
• Maintain orderly office files and help keep administrative processes efficient and well organized.• Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar office support role is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
• Comfortable using online tools and conducting internet-based research when needed.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a courteous and detail-focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and handle details with care.
• Capable of working effectively with visitors, internal staff, and external business contacts.
