Inventory Control Clerk II

Job Overview Position in support of Cencora’s distribution services in the U.S. operating through our AmerisourceBergen business. Shift: Tuesday‑Friday 6:00pm – 4:30am. Pay: $23 not including shift differential. Responsibilities Maintain shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation to preserve complete and accessible operational records. Enter warehouse data to capture inventory movements, order status, and shipment activity accurately. Route materials, orders, and exception items through the appropriate workflows to support timely processing. Prepare reports on inventory status, shipment activity, and recurring operational issues for routine review. Update records related to stock balances, storage locations, and transaction activity to maintain control accuracy. Answer routine operational inquiries from internal and external contacts to provide status support and execution clarity. Education and Experience High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required. 2+ years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required. Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification preferred. Skills and Knowledge Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Strong interpersonal skills, including relationship building with team members and other departments. Strong organizational skills; attention to detail. Strong analytical skills. Ability to implement processes resulting in satisfactory audit practices. Strong decision‑making skills.
