SB Assistant Shop Manager

Assistant Shop Managers are eligible for a monthly commission and bonus program. Average bonus and commission plans for high performing Assistant Shop Manager can add up to $1.50 - $2.00 per hour to your hourly salary. Assistant Shop Manager Duties:
- Manage daily shop operations, including timely opening and closing on manager's days off.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience and maintain high review ratings.
- Assist the store manager in all aspects of store management.
- Monitor and train new employees.
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
- Maintain a clean and visually appealing store environment.
- Communicate effectively using Microsoft Outlook and Teams.
- Handle cash and inventory management.
- Assist in monitoring and tracking shop performance goals.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Reliable transportation is necessary.
- Ability to work Sundays.
