This role includes supervising and guiding the activities of various levels of nursing personnel and ensuring coordinated care across multiple disciplines. Key Responsibilities Deliver coordinated nursing care following established nursing standards. Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Supervise and direct the activities of assigned nursing staff across various levels. Coordinate care with other healthcare disciplines to ensure comprehensive patient management. Apply critical thinking and independent judgment in clinical decision-making. Utilize professional discretion to address and resolve patient care issues. Qualifications Current nursing license in the state of practice. Experience in a similar nursing role preferred. Strong leadership and supervisory skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
