Role Description
Bobcat is looking for a District Parts & Service Manager II (DPSM) to help drive dealer success and operational excellence across the network. In this role, you’ll partner closely with dealerships to evaluate performance, uncover opportunities, and lead meaningful improvements that enhance both service quality and business results.
- Play a key role as a strategic advisor—using data and insights to guide decision-making, influence performance, and build alignment across teams.
- Lead performance reviews, drive action plans, and foster strong collaboration.
- Help dealers strengthen their operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, building relationships, and making a measurable difference in how our dealers operate and succeed.
Qualifications
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; candidates with an Associate’s degree or equivalent education combined with extensive relevant experience may also be considered.
- 5-7 years of experience in parts and service management, operations management, or customer support within relevant industries.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
- Demonstrated negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong understanding of mechanical principles and troubleshooting skills.
- Skilled in using performance data to drive accountability.
- Experience leading team meetings and presenting ideas clearly.
- Ability to mentor and coach team members.
Requirements
- Maintain a positive and constructive attitude when tackling challenges.
- Proactively identify and implement innovative, actionable solutions.
- Required to travel 50-75% of the time within the assigned district, including air travel.
- Must have a clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
