Senior Financial Analyst

Overview Senior Financial Analyst | Global Manufacturing Leader | High-Visibility FP&A Role Supporting Operations & Strategic Decision Making Responsibilities Perform financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions Prepare forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis reporting Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial processes Partner with operational leaders to improve financial performance Monitor KPIs and identify trends impacting profitability Assist with long-range planning and forecasting activities Support compliance with financial controls and reporting standards Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies Develop reporting tools and financial dashboards Participate in ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 5+ years of FP&A or financial analysis experience Strong forecasting, budgeting, and modeling skills Advanced Excel proficiency ERP/reporting system experience preferred Manufacturing experience strongly preferred Cost accounting experience preferred Excellent communication and analytical skills Ability to partner cross-functionally within operations and finance teams Salary: $95,000 - $125,000 per year About the Employer / Why Join We are partnering with a global manufacturing organization focused on innovation, operational excellence, and sustainability.
