Job Title: 2nd Shift Assembler

Location: Mesa, AZ

Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 5:00 PM–3:30 AM

(Training on 1st shift before moving to 2nd shift)

Hiring experienced Assemblers for a modern manufacturing facility. This role involves mechanical assembly, blueprint reading, quality inspections, and supporting production goals in a fast-paced environment.

• Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies
• Work from blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
• Use hand and power tools to complete assemblies
• Perform quality inspections and testing
• Troubleshoot assembly issues and support process improvements
• Assist and train less experienced assemblers
• Follow all safety and quality standards

• 2–5 years of assembly or manufacturing experience
• Assembly line experience required
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs

• Lean manufacturing experience
• Experience mentoring or training others

• Modern, air-conditioned manufacturing facility
• Monday–Thursday, 5:00 PM–3:30 AM
• Occasional overtime on Fridays

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Mesa, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.30/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
