• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with teachers and other staff.

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct 1:1 support to students, implementing educational and behavioral plans designed by teaching staff.
• Assist students with daily activities, ensuring dignity and encouragement in every interaction.
• Support classroom routines, including transitions, group activities, and individualized tasks.
• Develop positive rapport with students, helping foster confidence and independence.
• Communicate student progress or concerns with educational staff as appropriate.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
