Position Overview
Provide outpatient primary care coverage in a corporate health clinic setting with a focus on wellness, prevention, and acute episodic visits.

Clinical Scope

• Primary care and acute episodic care
• Wellness and prevention
• Occupational health and workers compensation services as scheduled
• Dispensing clinic setting noted

Patient Volume and Ages

• Ages 2 and older
• Typical volume noted around 2 to 3 patients per hour

Site Details

• EMR: Athena, with paid training noted
• DOT certification required

Required Qualifications

• Active Connecticut license
• Family Nurse Practitioner
• DEA required, and some locations may dispense as documented by the site
• Minimum of 2 years of experience required
