About the Position

Family Practice Nurse Practitioner

Location: Connecticut

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Openings: 1

Position Overview

• Outpatient primary care coverage including inbox coverage, prescription management, and patient messaging
• See urgent and post discharge patients as needed
• May also support annual wellness visits
• EMR: Epic (experience preferred)

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Connecticut NP license
• Comfort managing common primary care needs in an outpatient setting
• Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify
