Summary: Supports Mayfran’s marketing activities, with primary responsibility for coordinating and executing digital marketing and trade show initiatives. Works closely with the VP of Sales and Marketing to strengthen brand awareness, support sales objectives, engage target markets, and generate measurable results. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING. OTHER DUTIES MAY BE ASSIGNED:

• Coordinates and executes Mayfran’s marketing activities across digital and traditional channels in alignment with priorities established by the VP of Sales and Marketing, company goals, target markets, and sales objectives.
• Works closely with the VP of Sales and Marketing to establish priorities, develop campaigns, and carry out marketing initiatives; provides recommendations and coordinates day-to-day execution under the VP’s direction.
• Assists the VP of Sales and Marketing with development of the annual marketing plan and budget; tracks expenditures, coordinates vendor costs, and helps keep activities within approved budget parameters.
• Conducts market, customer, competitor, and industry research to identify opportunities for current products, new markets, campaigns, and sales growth.
• Keeps company literature, brochures, videos, and other marketing materials up to date.
• Coordinates with advertising agencies, designers, printers, photographers, videographers, and other marketing vendors; communicates project requirements, coordinates approvals, monitors timelines and costs, and helps ensure deliverables meet Mayfran’s brand standards.
• Maintains and consistently applies Mayfran’s brand standards across advertisements, news releases, videos, digital applications, sales collateral, signage, presentations, and other internal and external communications.
• Coordinates Mayfran’s memberships, sponsorships, and participation with relevant industry associations and identifies opportunities to increase brand visibility, customer engagement, and market awareness.
• Assists with customer service initiatives.
• Assists with measuring dealer performance.
• Maintains Mayfran’s website, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, dealer portal, and other digital channels; develops content calendars, publishes timely content, and ensures information is accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand standards and direction from the VP of Sales and Marketing.
• Plans and executes digital marketing campaigns, including email, social media, website, search, and paid digital initiatives. Establish campaign goals, monitors key performance indicators such as website traffic, engagement, leads, and conversions, and provides regular performance reports with recommendations for improvement.
• Prepares monthly bookings and sales forecast.
• Coordinates trade show planning and execution in partnership with the VP of Sales and Marketing, including show selection, budgeting, contracts, booth space and design, registrations, exhibits, shipping, promotional materials, travel coordination, lead-capture processes, on-site support, and post-show follow-up and performance evaluation.
• Provides administrative support to President and VP of Sales and Marketing.

QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant marketing experience. Experience managing digital marketing activities, coordinating trade shows or events, and working with cross-functional teams and external vendors is required. Computer Skills: Contact Management Systems (HubSpot), Epicor; MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, WordPress, Power BI, Google analytics, Travel and Schedule Requirements: Ability to travel for trade shows, customer or industry events, and vendor meetings as needed. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required to support event setup, execution, and breakdown.
