What You’ll Do Manage full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of commercial and/or residential properties. Prepare monthly financial statements, variance analyses, and detailed reporting packages. Maintain general ledger accuracy, reconcile accounts, and ensure compliance with internal controls. Oversee CAM reconciliations, billings, accruals, and budgets. Partner closely with property management, asset management, and leadership teams. Assist in annual budget preparation and year-end audit support. Identify process improvements as the company continues to grow. What We’re Looking For Property accounting experience (commercial or residential real estate). Strong understanding of CAM, accrual accounting, and financial reporting. Experience with real estate accounting software. Detail‑oriented, organized, and proactive. Someone who enjoys working in a collaborative team and thrives in a growing environment.
