Leading visual direction for client campaigns, the full-time Art Director will independently manage creative projects from concept to execution while collaborating closely with writers, designers, and media teams in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Oversee the visual development of campaigns, ensuring strategic soundness and high creative standards Develop campaign concepts and visual systems, maintaining brand consistency across all platforms Present creative work confidently to internal teams and clients, refining ideas through feedback while keeping the original vision intact Required qualifications 3 to 5 years of art direction experience, preferably in an agency or performance marketing setting A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of work from brand storytelling to performance creative Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite Working knowledge of performance creative principles, including testing and optimization Experience using AI tools as part of the creative process
