Business Development Manager - IVD/Medical Device Manufacturing About Us: Our client stands at the forefront of custom part development and manufacturing, carving a niche in the ever-evolving industries of Life Sciences, Medical Devices, and IVD Instrumentation. As they bolster their US operations, they are on the lookout for trailblazers ready to pioneer their foray into medical development. Role Overview: As a Business Development Manager, you will helm the growth trajectory in the research, IVD, and device sectors across your designated territory. You will be the catalyst to not only sustain our existing clientele base but also identify and onboard new potential leads. The position demands the navigation of a multifaceted sales environment, interfacing with stakeholders in Purchasing, R&D, and Manufacturing. An acumen in engineering will be a substantial advantage. Compensation & Benefits: Base Salary: Commensurate with experience Bonus: Our bonus scheme is uncapped, echoing our belief in rewarding dedication and success. Perks: Car allowance Company-provided computer and mobile phone Generous paid vacation Comprehensive 401k program Desired Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree (4-year) from an accredited institution. MS or PhD in science or engineering is a significant plus. A robust sales career spanning a minimum of 8 years in the Life Sciences, Biotech, or IVD domain. A proven record of sales leadership, with a history of sealing deals and maximizing growth. Recognitions such as top‑performer awards, membership in the presidents’ club, or a ranking within the top 15% of the outside sales force are desired.
