Location: Everett, WA
Pay: Up to $30 Depending on Experience
Shift: 6:00am3:30pm (MonThurs) and 6:00am2:30pm every other Friday
Type: Contract-to-Hire
We are seeking an experienced Aerospace Assembler. This role supports the assembly, modification, and testing of intricate electronic assemblies in an aerospace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble complex wire harnesses, cables, and electronic assemblies
- Perform precision hand soldering and rework
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints
- Build initial layouts and perform continuity checks
- Strip, tin, bend, terminate, and install wiring and components
- Modify, rework, and test assemblies as needed
- Support and train lower-level assemblers
- Follow all safety, quality, and productivity standards
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience with complex wire harness assembly
- Strong hand soldering and de-soldering skills
- Ability to interpret schematics and assembly drawings
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and microscopes
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Everett, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
