Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)

A creative design studio is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, client interaction, and contributing to a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer phones and assist with client communication
Provide light social media support
Maintain and organize vendor material samples
Take notes and assist with client surveys
Support sales and general administrative tasks

Qualifications:

Strong organization, writing, and communication skills
Excellent customer service and professionalism
Comfortable with technology, including Microsoft Excel
Dependable, discreet, and able to manage multiple priorities
