Licensed Practical Nurse – Long-Term Care
Location: Belen, New Mexico, United States
This travel assignment starts 07/01/2026 for 12 weeks in a long-term care setting. Weekly pay ranges from $831 to $848 per week, with guaranteed hours of 36 per week. Shift: 3x12-hour nights (6:00 pm–6:30 am). Local candidates only.

Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care to residents under supervision in a long-term care setting.
- Administer prescribed medications and document administration accurately according to policy.
- Monitor residents’ health status, chart vital signs, and report any changes to the supervising nurse.
- Assist with activities of daily living as part of the care plan and support residents’ independence.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement and revise care plans.
- Maintain infection control standards, safety protocols, and compliant documentation.

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in New Mexico (NM LPN) in good standing.
- Ability to perform duties on a 12-hour night shift schedule.
- Eligibility for a travel assignment of approximately 12 weeks; local candidates only as required.
- Strong documentation and communication skills; ability to work collaboratively with team members.
