Licensed Practical Nurse – Long-Term Care
Location: Belen, New Mexico, United States

Weekly pay: $768-$787 per week
Guaranteed hours: 36 per week
Shift: 06:00–18:30, 12-hour day shifts on a 3x12-day cycle
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (long-term care)

Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the supervising clinician, following facility policy and scope of practice
- Monitor residents’ condition, document vital signs, intake/output, and report changes promptly
- Provide basic wound care, dressing changes, and assistance with activities of daily living as needed
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record; communicate critical information during handoffs
- Collaborate with registered nurses and other care team members to coordinate ongoing resident care
- Ensure infection control, safety, and fall prevention protocols are followed; respond to call lights and emergencies as trained

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Mexico
- Completion of an approved practical nursing program
- CPR/BLS certification (as required by policy)
- Prior experience in long-term care or a skilled nursing setting preferred
- Ability to work the 12-hour day shift pattern (06:00–18:30) on a 3x12 schedule
- Eligibility to work in the United States
