Director of Residences

The Residences Director is responsible for excellent supervision of operations, staff, third party vendors and related budgets across 4 residences. Success requires both strategic thinking and detailed execution. Responsibilities Lead and manage all residential employees and vendors across 4 residences Provide a comprehensive update on budgets, staffing, responsibilities, maintenance and renovation pipeline, issues, process improvements and other key items to Principal on a semi-annual basis Serve as a primary liaison between the residential team and the Principal coordinating information and follow-through Maintain and continuously improve the “Residential Standards Guide”. Ensure SLAs are clear, defined and followed. Maintain a centralized household management platform that is used as a central repository for information, tasks and processes Manage travel between properties and ensure all sites and prepared and local teams are ready Oversee management of major personal assets beyond real estate where coordination and maintenance is required Maintain and review risks, security and emergency management protocols Lead and oversee major maintenance, renovation and capital improvement projects in coordination with the Internal Accounting CFO Design, manage and continuously improve a multi-location, technology-enabled residential platform Qualifications 10+ years of experience supporting a high-net-worth individual or family across multiple properties including strong financial acumen. Significant experience managing complex residential operations, including staff, vendors and multi-location logistics Proven leadership experience managing diverse teams and service providers across locations Experience implementing structured operating processes and systems in a residential, hospitality or estate management environment Required Skills Exceptional organizational, project management and leadership skills Strong judgment and ability to anticipate needs and resolve issues proactively Highly effective communicator with the ability to interface directly with senior individuals and diverse stakeholders Ability to manage multiple priorities and properties simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and consistency Strong technology proficiency, including household management platforms (experience with Nines and MS Office programs preferred) Discreet, trustworthy and experienced in handling confidential matters Process-oriented with the ability to build scalable systems and maintain operational discipline High service orientation combined with a results-driven mindset Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving capabilitiesPossesses a valid driver’s license, with an acceptable driving record Work in office and residences Equal Opportunity Statement We are committed to diversity and inclusivity. #J-18808-Ljbffr High Road Hiring
