Regional Sales Manager - Industrial - Arizona

Overview The Hach Regional Sales Manager is the front‑line representative for industrial accounts throughout the assigned territory. The position is field‑based, highly autonomous, and covers a defined area with approximately 50% or more travel required to support clients, attend training programs, industry seminars, and regional conferences. Responsibilities Develop territory action plans to achieve major business objectives. Execute planned activities and maintain a healthy funnel using Hach CRM and Salesforce.com. Prepare and present a monthly funnel review utilizing SFDC to demonstrate funnel quality, activity plans, and account command. Establish and maintain relationships with engineering firms, system integrators, and channel partners to grow and protect market share. Develop a network of customer and industry contacts throughout the assigned territory to enhance Hach’s position within the water management community. Participate in sales activities including customer site visits, telephone contacts, trade seminars and shows, product demonstrations, customer seminars, and channel management. Qualifications 5+ years of B2B sales experience (preferred). Experience in the water industry (preferred). Hands‑on experience utilizing a CRM tool (e.g., Salesforce.com). Bachelor’s degree required; a degree in a science‑related field such as chemistry, biology, environmental science, engineering, or an equivalent asset. Ability to travel 50% or more within the assigned territory or for training and sales events. Valid driver’s license and Motor Vehicle report meeting Hach company standards.
