They are looking for an experienced sales individual with professional and leadership qualities. This role involves managing all aspects of the sales department, overseeing the sales team, providing leadership for territory sales resources, and directing sales activities focused on team performance, individual targets, business development, and key account management. The candidate will also review pricing policies, oversee contract renewals and acquisitions, and research market and competitive information to suggest improvements within Konecranes.
