Customer Problem Solver & Sales – eCommerce – Small-Engine Machinery & Appliances Pure is a 22‑person online retail business focused on small‑engine machinery & appliances, including generators, pressure washers, tankless water heaters, and other categories. We are a fast growing company offering profit share incentives on sales from day 1. Responsibilities Answering phone and email inquiries Arranging and tracking returns and refunds Resolving shipping and logistics issues Uploading product data and descriptions to our catalog Becoming familiar with the backend of Shopify (training will be provided) Logistics and Compensation Monday – Friday during regular business hours (typically 8am‑4pm or 9am‑5pm). Office near 1604 & Judson. $17‑19 per hour plus profit share on sales (total for current reps ranges from $24‑30+ per hour). Paid vacation time, paid holidays, paid sick time, and monthly health insurance/healthcare expense reimbursements. Eligibility for spot bonuses and profit share based on performance. Casual office environment, beer/wine permitted. Coffee is probably the highest quality you will find.
